| If, after we audition your tape and you are selected to appear at the bfmg Café, we will notify you by email of the date(s) you will appear. We ask that you then notify all your friends and contacts to come to our website and listen to your performance, because (A.) we offer a prize to the most popular performance of the month, and (B.) how your performance is received determines how often and when you may be re-booked at the bfmg Café. It’s just that simple. Follow the rules below. |
Rule 1. Send only GREAT songs, well performed, and with good audio quality. We can accept CD’s only. You should have written, co-written or acted as producer of the songs if they are performed by someone else. If you are the performer(s) you may submit songs written or produced by others.
Rule 2. Don’t submit more than one CD. Include complete writing/publishing credits and as many performer credits as possible. Include your name, address, phone number and email address.
Rule 3. Don’t expect an immediate response, and don’t expect us to give you a critique of your songs. We get a lot of submissions and listen as fast as we can, but sometimes we get behind.
Rule 4. If you would like your CD back, send a self addressed, stamped envelope big enough for it. (see 6. Below)

Rule 6. Send all materials at your own risk. We are not responsible for your materials.
Rule 7. Tell us, in your submission, that you want us to put your material on our site and that you give us permission to do so if we choose.
