Rule 1. Send only GREAT songs. We hear a lot of mediocre songs, as every other Nashville publisher does, and we just don’t need any songs that are not pitch quality + + +. Like the other publishers, we have very good, experienced writers we work with regularly. Any song submitted to us by someone else has to be better than anything our regular writers have written lately, and that’s a tough hurdle to jump.
Rule 2. Don’t submit more than one CD. Include lyric sheets. Include your name, address, phone number and email address.
Rule 3. Don’t expect an immediate response, and don’t expect us to give you a critique of your songs. We get a lot of submittals and listen as fast as we can, but sometimes we get behind.
Rule 4. If you would like your CD back, send a self addressed, stamped envelope big enough for the CD.
